As a volunteer content manager, you will play a critical role in promoting our cricket club and its events to a wider audience. You will be responsible for managing the club's website and social media platforms, creating and publishing engaging content, and ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date.
Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the club's website, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date
Create and publish engaging content such as articles, photos, videos, and news updates
Promote the club and its events through social media platforms such as Facebook, and Instagram
Collaborate with the club's leadership team to develop and implement a content strategy
Engage with the club's members and fans, responding to their questions and comments in a timely and professional manner
Attend club events and take photos and videos to share on social media
Requirements:
Passion for cricket and a deep understanding of the sport
Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to create engaging and informative content
Familiarity with Wix
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with a team and engage with a wide range of stakeholders
